When will my order ship?
Your order will ship within 3-5 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we only offer shipping inside the US. We hope to offer international shipping soon!
How can I track my order?
When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order number. Once your order has shipped, you will then receive your tracking information, but please allow a few days for the tracking information to update.
Can I change something about my order and/or cancel it?
Once an order is made, no changes can be made, including the item(s), and/or personal information. So please make sure to provide the correct address before placing an order. No cancellations are allowed at this time.
What happens if my order is returned due to an incorrect address?
You will be refunded in the form of a gift card.
What’s Your Return & Exchange Policy?
Returns and exchanges are not accepted due to the nature of the products. But, if there is an issue with your order, please make sure to email hello@randomlittlethings.shop within 10 days of delivery to fix any issues & concerns.
